Personal consultattion
Individual consultation is a client's one-on-one work with a psychologist.
The purpose of psychological counseling is to help the client in solving his problem and understanding its origins, forming a three-dimensional vision of the situation, taking the client's share of responsibility for what is happening to him.
At the consultation, the client together with a psychologist examines in detail the problem or life situation with which he asked for help. A psychologist-consultant helps to work out its cause in depth. Thus, the negative life experience is transformed into a positive resource of the individual.
